The Uchikomi Grip Fightart accessory is essential to prepare and improve kumikata. This training accessory, useful for both Judo and Jiu-Jitsu, is made of a 'rice grain' type material in cotton & polyester, offering the same feel as that of a kimono. The Uchikomi Grip accessory has a hole for easy hanging - for example - from a carabiner. It can then be attached to elastic bands (supplied separately), then to a secure fixing to work on muscle strengthening, proprioception and repetition exercises in a situation designed to replicate Uchikomi to support your randori and competition. The accessory can be washed under the usual washing conditions for a judo kimono (remember to follow the product care recommendations).
